The full event takes place within a single half-day block (morning or afternoon), made up of three key parts:
🌀 1. Circuit Challenge (Reception to Year 6)
All pupils take part in a five-station physical challenge based on the lands of Nutria:

- Pupils rotate in teams of 8–10
- Each station lasts up to 60 seconds
- Classes rotate in every 5–6 minutes – no stopping, the circuit runs continuously
- Pupils earn Jewel Points for teamwork, effort, and encouragement
🧠 2. Quiz Quest (Years 3–6 only)
Once they’ve completed the circuit, pupils in Years 3 to 6 return to their classrooms for a Quiz Quest using a Nutri Troops PowerPoint and A4 Team Booklets.
Each Nutri Land includes:
- A fun health fact
- A villain spotlight
- 2 team quiz questions
Pupils:
- Work in Nutri Teams (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green)
- Record and mark answers
- Tally Jewel Points to add to their final team total
📌 Pupils in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 do not complete the quiz.
🎉 3. Celebration Assembly (Whole School)
The event finishes with a full-school, feel-good finale that celebrates every child’s mission.
What to expect:
- 🎤 Welcome back & well done
- 🥇 Motivational talk from an elite/Olympic athlete (10 mins)
- 📊 Circuit + Quiz points announced
- 🔥 Final Round Challenge – 2 pupils per Nutri Team face off for bonus points
- 👑 Winning team crowned
- 🏅 Certificates awarded to all pupils
Pupils are seated in their Nutri Team colours by year group for the assembly.

- Split your class into 4 Nutri Teams: Red, Blue, Yellow, Green
- Ensure pupils know their team colour and name
✔️ On the Day:
- Bring your class to the circuit area when called
- Support pupil participation and encouragement
- Years 3–6 only: Run the Quiz Quest in class using the slides and booklets
- Submit total team scores (Circuit + Quiz)
- Guide your pupils into the final assembly, seated in Nutri Teams
